Club Card Program, is the world of digital solutions and personalized advantages which is offered to our valued guests by Ak-Günler İşletmeleri Şti Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “AKGÜNLER”) who is the operator and owner of all rights thereof and which is the address of fast, comfortable and safe travel. Club Card offers the opportunity to collect Akgünler Ticket Points during your AKGÜNLER (Ferry and Sea Bus) sea travels. AKGÜNLER reserves the right to include brands that have agreements with Club Card and to ensure that Akgünler Ticket Points are earned and spent through them. AKGÜNLER has the authority to regulate the Club Card General Rules and Conditions and reserves the right to change these rules and conditions without any notice and responsibility. Club Card or Club Card Program will be referred to as ‘SeaMile by Akgünler’ in AKGÜNLER’s future publications and/or advertisements.
For individual membership applications, the person must be over 18 years of age and present an ID Card.

A real person who want to become a Club Card member, can apply for pre-membership through www.akgunlerdenizcilik.com>, www.akgunlerbilet.com websites. The applicant who applies for new membership through the specified websites, completes the information requested in the membership form and reads and approves the ‘Club Card Membership Agreement General Terms and Conditions’ will receive a verification SMS from the system via the phone number registered in the application form. Your membership will be verified through this SMS and you will be transferred to active membership status. By filling out the application form, it will be assumed that the Club Card General Rules and Conditions have been read, understood and accepted by the applicant, without requiring the applicant's wet signature.
Club Card members may terminate their membership at any time without any notice period, by giving written notice to [email protected].
AKGÜNLER, subject to these General Terms and Conditions, is the only sole authority regarding the management of Club Card accounts, calculations of Akgünler Ticket Points, loading into the account and usage thereof.
Akgünler Ticket Points are the reward Ticket Points earned by Club Card members from AKGÜNLER (Ferry and Sea Bus) sea travels. Akgünler Ticket Points are processed into the account as “blocked” immediately after the ticket purchase and can be used as “active” within minimum 24 hours after the journey.
Akgünler Ticket Point earning is personal and can only be earned on tickets purchased in the member’s name and within 24 hours of the journey. Akgünler Ticket Points cannot be earned on other passengers in the same ‘PNR/Reservation Number’. Each passenger must have a separate membership in order to earn Akgünler Ticket Points.
Each member has a Club Card member account where the earned Akgünler Ticket Points are recorded. Akgünler Ticket Points and Club Card accounts are not transferable and cannot be combined with Akgünler Ticket Points of other Club Card members. Akgünler Ticket Point earning is calculated only on the bare ticket price and recorded in the member account by the system. Akgünler Ticket Points are not earned on taxes and duties imposed by public authorities and/or Port taxes and fees included in the total fee paid. Akgünler Ticket Points are spent as specified within the Club Card, cannot be converted to cash and no cash equivalent is given in return. In the event of cancellation of Club Card membership, Akgünler Ticket Points accumulated in the accounts cannot be returned and cannot be converted to cash.
AKGÜNLER reserves all rights of disposition regarding the determination of the conditions of use of Akgünler Ticket Points. In the event of the death of the member, if a death certificate, testamentary document and a notarized waiver indicating that the other heirs have waived their rights are submitted to AKGÜNLER, the Akgünler Ticket Points of the deceased member will be transferred to one of the heirs. Transferred Akgünler Ticket Points are valid as of the date they were first earned.
Akgünler Ticket Points processed into the Club Card membership account is determined according to the conditions during the period in which the activity that forms the basis for earning Akgünler Ticket Points is carried out. AKGÜNLER has all the right and is the only sole authority to dispose of these conditions and the conditions for earning and using Akgünler Ticket Points can be changed unilaterally by AKGÜNLER at any time.
Akgünler Ticket Points are earned from only in AKGÜNLER (Ferry and Sea Bus) sea travels. The Akgünler Ticket Points earned are accumulated in the individual membership account. Akgünler Ticket Points are earned from all tickets purchased for Akgünler sea travels (including cabins and VIP lounges).
Akgünler Ticket Points cannot be earned again from tickets purchased using Akgünler Ticket Points.
Akgünler Ticket Points cannot be earned on tickets purchased retroactively or on tickets purchased from the period before the membership approval date. Akgünler Ticket Points can only be earned on tickets purchased from the starting the membership approval date.
Akgünler Ticket Points are valid for 1 (one) calendar year from the date they are activated. 1 (one) calendar year starts on January 01 of each year and ends on December 31. On December 31, which is the last day of 1 (one) calendar year; unused and expired Akgünler Ticket Points are deleted from the membership account.
Members can instantly view their Akgünler Ticket Point account status by logging into their accounts via www.akgunlerdenizcilik.com or www.akgunlerbilet.com. Members are responsible for notifying AKGÜNLER of any changes to their personal information. AKGÜNLER is not responsible for members not being informed of notifications and announcements due to not updating their personal information and for Akgünler Ticket Points not being earned due to such changes. AKGÜNLER reserves all the right to announce all types of information regarding Club Card only electronically and not to make announcements in written format.
Only AKGÜNLER is the sole authority to evaluate objections regarding the Akgünler Ticket Point balance account and membership participation of Club Card members and reserves the right to cancel the Akgünler Ticket Points recorded or to prevent the recording of Akgünler Ticket Points if it has been recorded incorrectly in the member's account.
Tickets which was purchased with Akgünler Ticket Points earned on Club Card are called award tickets. Award tickets purchased with Akgünler Ticket Points can be done via www.akgunlerdenizcilik.com or www.akgunlerbilet.com. Club Card members cannot purchase an award ticket for another person with Akgünler Ticket Points in their own account. Akgünler Ticket Points cannot be earned from the sea travels made with award tickets. Akgünler Ticket Points which are required for award ticket use, must be in active status in the Club Card member's account. The opportunities offered may be subject to restrictions determined by AKGÜNLER and AKGÜNLER has all the right to make additional arrangements and changes regarding the earning and use of certain awards.
Tickets which was purchased with Akgünler Ticket Points can be changed in date but cannot be cancelled or refunded. In addition to the date change on the tickets purchased by the passenger, if there is a request for a change in the defined ship type and/or route, the passenger will pay the difference in the ticket price for the selected ship type and/or route. If the change will made for a lower priced trip, no refund will be made to the passenger. In the event of a trip cancellation by AKGÜNLER, Akgünler Ticket Point refunds will be made by Akgünler to the Club Card members who purchased tickets using Akgünler Ticket Points. If a round-trip ticket has been is purchased, cancellation of the outbound trip does not mean the cancellation of the return trip. However, Akgünler is solely authorized to refund Akgünler Ticket Points for return tickets upon the written request of the Club Card member. AKGÜNLER reserves all the right to make changes to the award ticket applications.
We, as Ak-Günler İşletmeleri Şti. Ltd – Akgünler Denizcilik, inform your esteemed side in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) that; as the Data Controller, your personal data that you have shared with your express consent in a limited and proportionate manner for the purpose of establishing a transportation relationship will be recorded, stored, preserved and rearranged for the continuation and improvement of the service provided to you, determination of convenient and fast travel points and types for you, structuring of suitable ship voyages, in cases permitted by you, to be able to make commercial communication for sales, marketing and similar purposes and other legal reasons that require the processing of personal data ;We hereby inform you that, in the cases and conditions stipulated by the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) , limited to the purpose of data processing and legal reasons in accordance with the legal regulations, these personal data may be transferred, assigned and processed in other ways listed in the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) to public legal entities, our affiliated partnerships and/or direct/indirect domestic/overseas subsidiaries, domestic or foreign third parties from whom our Company Ak-Günler İşletmeleri Şti. Ltd. – Akgünler Denizcilik receives services within the scope of the relevant contracts to carry out its activities, cooperates and is jointly and severally responsible with us for taking data security measures such as protecting your personal data, preventing unauthorized access and preventing unlawful processing. Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing or electronically through channels such as our website, e-mail or call center.
You can request the following within the framework of Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK); to learn what your processed personal data is, whether it is used in line with the purpose of processing, the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, and to request that your personal data be changed, updated and/or deleted if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly or if there is any change in your processed personal data, and that this situation be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred. You may exercise your rights within this scope through the following channels in accordance with Article 13/f. I of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK):
Those who violate the Club Card General Terms and Conditions, misuse their awards or attempt to gain advantage by providing false information, especially regarding travel information, may face legal penalties, compensation payment, termination of their Club Card membership by AKGÜNLER and invalidation of the Akgünler Ticket Points and/or awards they have collected up to that time. AKGÜNLER reserves all the right to compensate for any damages or loss.
In the event of the following situations, AKGÜNLER reserves all the right to terminate the Club Card membership without a need of any notice any notice period also AKGÜNLER reserves all the rights to provide all kinds of compensation and litigation. In this case, AKGUNLER will not be liable to the member for the Akgünler Ticket Points and other liabilities.
Except for the cases stated above, if the Club Card is suspended or withdrawn, Club Card membership automatically terminates.
Club Card Members may terminate their membership at any time, and AKGÜNLER has the right to terminate their membership by notifying the member in advance without giving any reason. Regardless of the reason for termination of membership, Members cannot claim any rights or receivables from AKGÜNLER.
The ‘SeaMile by Akgünler’ brand logo is as below. Only AKGÜNLER has reserve the right of using this logo. AKGÜNLER has the right to change the logo at any time.

The interpretation, implementation and resolution of disputes of this Club Card are subject to TRNC laws. Only TRNC Kyrenia Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in the resolution of disputes. However, AKGÜNLER reserves the right to file a lawsuit in other authorized courts specified in the law.
